Windows 11 Midori installs on Windows 11 home but not on Windows 11 pro?

I have succesfully installed Midori browser on my Windows 11 home laptop but when I try to install it on my laptop with windows 11 pro it comes up with a series of errors whilst loading and then won't open saying that files are missing. I have used the same site (official Astian downloads)to install the same version on both pc's but whatever I do it won't load on the pro version. Both are 64 bit, I've even tried the 32 bit version but exactly the same errors occur.
