Windows 11 Minecraft launcher not installing how do i fix this?

I use curse forge to play java Edition and play bedrock for the servers recently I tried playing bedrock but the app would load but not open so I reset and repaired it that just made it stop the loading so I un-installed now it won't reinstall, after I click install it pops up with "don't show again?" unloaded text and the install button that isn't ready to click to install
