Windows 11 Minimized windows being sent to "Show hidden icons"

So, when I minimize my window, it gets sent to the hidden icons box, which is really annoying. I have tried disabling some settings about displays, but it didn't work. The custom theme software I use are RetroBar, WindowBlinds 11, and Open-Shell.
