I work with an MSP and noticed on three occasions now that we have been entirely unable to salvage data from customer devices due to Bitlocker Recovery Keys missing from the customer's Microsoft account. The device shows as registered to the account, but there is no key saved. On three of those occasions the customer had multiple devices in their account and none had listed Bitlocker Recovery Keys. Is this potentially an issue related to the recent Bitlocker boot issues? I have not found any information about missing keys relating to KB5040442. Any assistance would be appreciated as data is pr
