Windows 11 Missing Boot Sector after recent Windows 11 update 12th July 2024

After doing automatic Windows update 10th July 2024 (sorry not sure of the package being updated) my system restarted and the boot sector on the drive was missing.I managed to recover the boot sector and last night it happened again 12th July 2024, the boot sector was being deleted. I have turned off automatic updates any advice or help please or is there an issue with the latest updates?
