Windows 11 Missing driver Dell valut Controller.

Hello,I am jay,I have dell inspiron 5518 laptop. I face many issue like blue screen and OSPeofileCollector.exe not open so i try to solve this and in task manager i found Dell valut control driver is decible so i try to fix but i still that driver is decible. So what should i do for re install that driver.This driver is important or not.
