Windows 11 Missing enhancements tab for both speaker and microphone settings. Also don’t see microphone volume in speaker properties.

I have the hyperx quadcast mic and normally plug my headphones directly into the mic. When I change devices sometimes I can hear what my mic is picking up in my headphones and I go to speaker properties and turn off microphone volume to fix this. I just got a new pc that is windows 11 and tried turning off the mic volume but it isn’t an option instead it says master volume. If I mute it I don’t hear anything. I also noticed there aren’t enhancement option for both speaker and microphone.I have looked for solutions but nothing has worked so far. I have updated drivers, uninstalled drivers and r
