Windows 11 Missing setting "Allow input from a keyboard or mouse connected to this display option" in Windows 11

In Windows 11 Home edition, "Allow input from a keyboard or mouse connected to this display" option is missing. Once we cast the Android phone using the "Connect" App, Casting works but no way to use the Mouse or Keyboard to control the casted mobile. Most of the responses available online are for Windows 10 "Action Centre". Windows 11 doesn't have the above Action Centre settings like in Windows 10.How can I enable this in Windows 11?(Using Microsoft Surface pro7, Windows 11 home edition. All updates installed.)
