Windows 11 Missing 'vc_runtimeminimum_x64.msi' in Windows 11. Can't uninstall older versions of Microsoft Visual C++.

Hi,I am looking to install the update on my windows 11 but I get the error pop up 'vc_runtimeminimum_x64.msi'. Following some discussion threads, I tried to uninstall all versions of Microsoft Visual C++. I was able to uninstall most of them except two of them - Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.38.33130 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86) - 14.38.33130. When I try to uninstall them, I get a 'Not Found' message. Irrespective, I tried installing latest versions of Microsoft Visual C++ from here: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads |
