Windows 11 Mobile Device Not initiating Authentication AT ALL. However another user profile on same system works.

I have, Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 Installed on ‎15-‎10-‎2024 OS build 26100.2161 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.32.0. The issue is with Authentication not happening AT ALL, when I click Bluetooth & devices --> Mobile devices --> click button "Manage Devices" --> Sign in appears in a new Window. When I click Sign in Nothing happens. The button simply blinks and nothing happens. Consider the following :- I had installed fresh Win11 on my system using a "Local Account".
