Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot - No Internet Connection

Edit: This was solved by switching off my computer's bluetooth, which can be done in two ways:


1: Click the Windows Key + A and the action center should open. Toggle off Bluetooth.


2: Click start - settings - devices - Bluetooth, and toggle it off.

I've had a few problems with Mobile Hotspot over the past few days, and I've managed to fix most of them somehow, but I can't seem to find any fix to this issue:


Whenever I try to connect another device to the hotspot, the device tells me there's no internet connection, despite the fact that the hotspot is (apparently) activated and my computer connected via Ethernet.


I've tried updating and uninstalling the drivers as well, but that hasn't made any difference.


For reference, I'm on a Toshiba Satellite P50-C, and the driver for the Ethernet seems to be "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller".


Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong with the hotspot? I'd guess the issue is something to do with the broadcasting of the wifi signal, although it could well be somewhere else.
