Windows 11 Mobile hotspot not turning on

I am using hp victus ryzen 7 and every time I try to turn on mobile hotspot for ethernet it literally freezes and i wait for a long time and no use but the problem is fixed when I restart the computer but whenever I want to turn on hotspot I have to restart again and again which is so irritating and time consuming please help me image:Screenshot 2024-09-02 112557.png is a problem in image upload so i uploaded in g drive,please solve this issue.
