Windows 11 Modern Speech recognition app design in Windows 11?

Hi, before on Windows 10 the speech recognition app looked a lot more modern (and also worked a lot better) than it currently does on my Windows 11. I hoped the problem would solve itself by some update but doesn't seem so. Can you give hint's how to get back the modern speech recognition app? Thanks in advance
