Windows 10 Money taken from my bank account when I have no purchases- for the second year running !

For the second year running, I have been debited £79.99 from my current account. I have not purchased anything in the last two years, my stored card details have long since expired. How can I ascertain whether this is a fraudulent transaction or get a refund if it is in error ?
