Windows 10 Monitor Refresh Rate and Resolution not showing up

I have a Sceptre C35 that used to run at I think 100-144hz and 3440 x 1440 WQHD resolution (plus 64 bit). Right now it is running at 1.000 Hz (?) and 1280 x 960 and 8 bit. Whenever I try to change it with advanced display settings it says I'm running at 60 Hz but neither my original refresh rate nor resolution is there. I need help to find a solution and fast, please. Thank you.
