Windows 10 Monitor speakers don't appear

So basically, I bought a used HP VH240a monitor, which claims to have speakers to play sound. The PC also has speakers that can play sounds, but it's always annoying when the sound comes from a place far away from where I sit. It would be so much better if the sound came from the monitor, but I can't find the monitor's speakers anywhere in my settings. I even checked the disabled speakers/headphones, and it still does not appear.Also, FYI, I use an HDMI connector, not VGA so it should be able to transfer audio to the monitor's speakers.For my PC, I have an HP EliteDesk 800 G3 TWR.
