Using Win 11. Both monitors temporarily shrink as if another plug and play item was added to system every 30 to 40 minutes. No devices were added. I replaced both display port with new 8k cables but there was no change. Original cables were 16K capable. I have MSI G273 and LG Ultragear monitors. Also connected via HDMI to Samsung 65 inch television monitor that is not turned on. Samsung display does not show the "shrink" I have a brand new RTX 4070TIS runninng on a IBUYPOWER i9 GEN 3 SYSTEM.
