Windows 11 Monthly rollupfix for windows 11 doesn't install using DISM

Hi allI'm having trouble with applying the monthly cumulative update patches using DISM to Windows 11. (22H2, 23H2) I get an error of 0x800f0991 every time. All other updates install fine. I have tried common fixes such as:SFC /ScannowDISM /Online /Cleanup-image etcDeleted Softwaredistribution and Catroot2 folders.The update installs fine using the .MSU file from the update catalogue and when downloaded as part of online updates. I have updated using the internet and then tried using DISM the following month but nothing is working.Laptops are modern Getac and Fujitsu devices which can run wind
