Specific Problem: Most but not all PNG files cannot be previewed when the preview pane is enabled and in Explorer.Did I make any prior changes before this problem started? I do not know if I did or not. I just discovered it one day. If I knew I had the problem, I would have tried using System Restore.NOTE: Some PNG files will display a preview in the preview pane, but others do not. The images that do not display in preview mode show the traditional Windows Photo icon.NOTE: File associations are set to use Windows Photo to open PNG files.Below are the procedures that I have taken, since discov
