Certain actions, primarily involving downloads, seem to be limited to about ~10mbps (1mB/s). My internet speed is 1gig up/down, and I achieve about 700mbps up and Any website download is limited, and some downloads through game launchers such as updates.Download boosters and speed test do not seem to be limited. Speedtest-dot-net for example works fine, Steam (steampowered) works as well. Other install platforms.I'm on an ethernet connection, and I have tried different cables and ports on the router. I also have a WiFi adapter on the computer experiencing the issue and it too is limited to 10
