Windows 11 Most icons gone after resetting icon cache and restarting.

I was having some issues with some file thumbnails and I followed a guide provided on a microsoft forum to reset the icon cache of my windows install by deleting all "iconcache*.db" files in windows' explorer folder.After a restart, I've noticed that most icons for most of my files are now gone and have just an empty space or a default white icon depending on the viewing mode. The file types affected are:-all video files-some image files (some of them have successfully generated a thumbnail, but some didn't)-executables-any file associated with a non-windows program (VLC, WinRar, Python, etc.)
