Windows 10 Most of Desktop Icons disappeared and remaining rearranged

Ok so yesterday I was just using my computer as normal and when I was about shut it off I noticed majority of my desktop icons disappeared? It didn't happen right after I restarted my computer and my computer was relatively fine throughout the day. I installed some third party CCleaner drivers the same day but I don't know if they have anything to do with it.Here is a picture of my desktop before it happened:And here is a picture after:Some additional pictures of my files:(Google chrome is here only because I moved it from my desktop)I was thinking about doing a system restore but I wasn't sur
