Windows 11 Mouse and keyboard have "issues" in Windows 11

I upgraded yesterday to Windows 11 on my Dell laptop and am using Logitech K850 keyboard and M720 mouse. They worked great before the upgrade and when I try to use on another computer they still work great, but once I upgraded to Windows 11 there are issues, the left button on the mouse will not select text properly (cannot hold and drag to select a complete line of text) and the left shift button on the keyboard only works about 30% of the time. Again, I pull the USB receiver and put it in another computer (running Windows 10) and they work perfectly, put the receiver back on Windows 11 and
