Windows 7 Mouse and Keyboard only work in Bios. Is there any way to use the computer?

I'm updating drivers on Windows 7, and now all the usb ports don't work. I'm unable to use a mouse or keyboard outside of BIOS, so the computer is essentially unusable. Is there any way to fix this?
