Windows 10 Mouse cursor changing to circle randomly and often while on desktop and using browser

Hello. I own a new, manufactured in 2020, Windows 10 laptop computer.My mouse cursor randomly changes into a circle often, distracting me during browser gaming and is all around annoying. I have tried opening the task manager to see what process or processes are running while this happens, but the cursor circle usually only lasts less than 1 second. The only thing i have noticed moving to the top of the processes list during the cursor change is (possibly) antimalware service executable, or runtime broker service but i am not exactly sure what is causing the cursor to change into a circle so o
