Windows 11 Mouse lag

My Logitech Lift mouse using a wireless receiver is lagging badly every so often for a short period. The mouse works just fine on other computers, and I have reinstalled the up to date BIOS, so that leaves Windows to be the culprit I think. Any ideas? Thanks.
