Windows 11 Mouse lags and jerks for normal users in windows 11 but, works good for administrator on the same PC.

Mouse lags and jerks for normal users in windows 11 but, works good for administrator on the same PC. If I change normal user to administrators, the mouse works fine. This started last night about the same time updates were being downloaded. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. I don't want to make all users an administrator. :-(
