Windows 11 Mouse not "grabbing" highlighting property, drops highlight halfway through, sometimes thinks it's a double click instead of single click.

My mouse is not "grabbing", highlighting property, dropping highlights halfway through, sometimes it thinks it's a double click instead of single click. I tried 3 different mice, 2 wireless, and one wired on different USB ports. Same behavior. I've seen this happen before on another computer. I already updated and re-installed mouse driver. Restarting PC doesn't help either.Windows 11, 16 RAM, i5-7300.It's driving me crazy, has anybody fixed something similar?Anybody who answers with a question will suffer spectacularly horrible karma.
