Windows 11 Mouse Pointer Not Visible or Functioning on Startup, but External Mouse Works

Sometimes, when I start my laptop, the mouse pointer isn't visible or functioning. However, if I connect an external mouse, it works fine. Occasionally, restarting the laptop resolves the issue, but I'm not sure what's causing this problem.
