Windows 10 Mouse scroll is jumpy at faster scrolls

Hi,I have been having trouble with my mouse for awhile. If I use the wheel to scroll very slowly, it works ok, but as soon as I scroll more quickly it jumps and stays at the same place on the page. This happens both with my mouse at home and at work (different equipment) and in all programs. I have tried adjusting the scroll settings. This occassionally helps (doesn't fix it) but on next restart is bad again. I have tried updating drivers but device manager says they are most up to date. I have used these same mice for awhile but the scrolling issue is only happening in the last 6 months. Than
