Windows 11 Mouse scroll wheel not completely working

Windows 11 on a Lenovo Legion Y7000P, my mouse (Razer Deathadder V3 Pro) is not really working. I tried the solutions to other similar questions, but none of them worked. I took apart my mouse and cleaned the sensor and put it back-it worked for about two hours before going back to being broken. Basically, the mouse wheel would jump every few scrolls in the opposite direction and it is so frustrating and annoying.Side note, I did install a ram upgrade a week prior, but I don't really think that's causing it because iirc this problem has been occurring before the ram upgrade, and it seems like
