Help, on my completely updated computer (new case + all new internal components) whichever of 2 mice that I have used, both will stutter and/or freeze randomly regardless of what program is running. Only one mouse is connected at any time. Both connect via USB dongle, are wireless and Windows 10 compatible. I have tried using different USB ports to no avail. One mouse is actually brand new and it still acts just like the older one. Drivers are current, as is the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. PC is not for gaming. I've noticed no problems with any other USB devices connected to the pc. I have also tried deleting and reinstalling the software for each mouse. I even tried changing the batteries. No change in the mice behavior. Any thoughts?
