Edition Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Installed on 12/3/2022 OS build 22621.2283 So I have 3 profiles or accounts on my PC, I use mine almost daily and don't have this issue for some reason but on the two other profiles after signing into them the desktop shows up like normal and when I make a mouse input the cursor will move very slowly basically stuttering across the screen as I try to move it around and even though I stop moving my mouse the cursor will continue to move in the same final direction that I moved it last and it will continue to move very slowly and stutter almost looks like
