the mouse is stuck in 'click mode' - ie when i roll the wheel nothing happens, but when i click the wheel it changes the cursor to a circle with arrows within it. If i place this circle near the top or bottom of the page the page does start to scroll but i do not seem to be able to control the speed of the scroll (maybe i could but that's not the way i want to scroll).However i want to go back to using the wheel to scroll - ie i please the cursor on a page and i control the scroll from that point (not from the top or bottom).I have obviously touched one / a combination of keys to change the w
