Windows 11 Move recovery partition to another disk

I installed Windows 11 on a new disk, the old disk with Windows 10 was connected to the system and the two EFI and recovery partitions remained on the old disk, what is the correct procedure to move them to the disk where Windows 11 is installed?For the EFI partition I found this procedure, it's correct?, can it be run from windows operating system? or is it necessary to boot from media tool and shift+F10?
