Windows 11 Moved external drive from windows 10 to 11 now get CHKDSK error

Error below. Any reason to believe the disk is now bad?Or just error due to Controlled Folder Access issue as mentioned in Redirecting Help, I can see files but stressing out because CrystalDiskInfo and CHKDSK telling me they can tell me about drive health.
