Windows 11 MovieStarPlanet will not Install "WinHttp.WinHttpRequest: The server name or address could not be resolved"

I am trying to install MovieStarPlanet on a new desktop and I'm not familiar with computers so I've no idea what to do. When I open the .exe file to install MovieStarPlanet, it immediately pops up with this error message every single time. I'm on "Windows 11 Home" with "64-bit operating system, x64-based processor" if that helps.
