Windows 10 Moving C drive files from an old Z800 to new PC (windows 10 - windows 10)

HI - I just upgraded my computer and I'm wondering the best way to be able to copy my c drive over to the new one - both are running windows 10. Is there a way to copy over my apps and data files without having to redownload them all. I was able to copy over the following folders to an external SSD: Users, Perf Logs, Program Files & Program files (x86). Is it just a matter of copying those back onto the new C Drive or is that going to make a mess of things.thanx
