.....I factory reset my iPhone and iPad over the weekend and today took two of my PC's to be wiped and have Windows reinstalled, also purchased a new Dell laptop on sale. All data is backed up on an external drive (which I now believe is compromised). Besides a lot of annoying things like my ex hacking my Gmail and synching my Chrome account to track my location and browsing history (get a life!), the larger problem at hand is when I noticed my settings had been changed to share data across the network and all sorts of other Advanced Properties were NOT AS THEY SHOULD BE, too much to explain here but you all get the idea, it seems to be a common theme.
I found files showing every key stroke is logged, I open up certificates for files or programs and when I start clicking on the details they are not from Microsoft but Microsoft Product Patrol or some crap; I played around with the security settings on my wireless in the Network center and on a whim changed it to something called 8.01x (that is not the accurate name but similar)...once I did a list of certificates popped up, I was asked if they would be enabled, and as usual I clicked them then hit Properties and Details the name of the Cert is Screwyouhaha but the "Friendly Name" is Security Code Control. (Obviously it was not called Screwyouhaha but they all have names that are different from the Friendly name I am being shown, they all do things like allow remote access, ensure data is transmitted accurately, ensure user cannot change settings, etc....but they show me they do "security, backup, and performance", something that sounds generic and safe. There were probably 30 of these certificates)..
I have been assigned as an Administrator yet have no rights nor can I change my user status, in the users section there are two others and one in particular has control of it all. I change a setting and when I go back to it a day later it is back to where it was, etc.
I expressed my concerns at the repair shop that the Wi-Fi has been compromised, have my reasons for thinking this...dude said I simply needed to reset it. Okay, done. My other PC's are shut down and when I checked the Wi-Fi settings and other items that were sketchy on my iPhone prior to the reset, all looked good after.
Like a fool I opened up my new Dell and as soon as Cortana set me up and asked me to sign into MS I did; oh how excited whoever is on the other end must be! I wonder if he or she is enjoying reading this long ranting post about him or her? I wonder WHY this is happening as I am a single Mom with no money to spare, no friends have received spoofing emails, and my ex is thankfully in jail and cannot be the one doing this now....what is the point??
?
So yea, I logged into MS and immediately a personal pic I used as my desktop wallpaper on my shut down old laptop popped up as my wallpaper on the new Dell....I specifically turned off the sync settings but I obviously am not match for this sh!t. So I began searching in the settings and controls and stumbled onto a new folder buried in other folders on my C Drive and FOUND THE ACTUAL LOG FILES showing what this person did since I blissfully and ignorantly logged into my new machine....he (maybe it is a she but for sake of ease I am saying he from here on out) ended the log when I clicked around and found this file (I somehow got to a file allowing me to download InstallWizard I believe....when I hit Cancel the log file popped up!) I filmed this on my iPhone as well (am sure this is now compromised again) but really I guess my questions are:
I have posted the log file below, if this is a dumb idea tell me and I will delete it but seriously, someone has already posted up in here and he is running the show, so even if someone else tried to get in I don't think he would allow it. Can someone review them and tell me I am not going crazy, that indeed someone or some machine is on the other end changing my settings and taking control? Also, WHAT DO I DO NOW??? I also want to know WHY, maybe someone knows....??
Obviously I need to get rid of the infected MS account, return the new Dell laptop (which I really like, oh well)...but there seems to be Rootkit viruses (I think, I am not an expert)....will my wiped PC's still be infected?
I rent my home and the cable and internet is provided by my landlord, it is through Comcast and set up with the correct security protocols, at least it was prior to all of this. Is the wireless connection part of all of this? I ask because it shows on the properties in the Network center that it is a Public account (not accurate), it lists it twice with different addresses (hard to explain, I have looked at so many files and documents I am not sure exactly how to convey this info). Basically there will be several ipv6 and ipv4 addresses and then they will change to having 1 ipv6 or maybe just 2 ipV4 the next day...I could go on and on.
What do I need to do to make this stop??? Should I go all Apple and get a MacBook for better security? This has been going on for months, I am jaded and no longer have the time to deal with this crap.
Argh these particular ones in bold below just really peeve me off.....what good is this doing? if they are getting off on me having to deal with the misery then not only do I apparently have horrible taste in men I date, I even attract emotionally unstable hackers......seriously though, what is going on? And yes, LocalSystem is the user who controls everything (its always about control....seriously have about had it with men AND Microsoft!) Yes, this is a rant, sorry....but thanks if you are still reading and can help in any way.
