Windows 11 MS Paint's Resizing doesn't resize pixels anymore?

So after the recent MS Paint update, when I resize pixel art, take a video game sprite for instance, it comes out blurry. As you can see by the example below this didn't use to happen until layers were introduced. I can't find a fix online or by myself & for the record I have no plugins or programs otherwise associated with MS Paint. Also I resize as normal using the select tool.
