Windows 10 MS Pc manager not working.

When i open pc manager and tap on boost it shows the cleaning animation & there is no information in the temporary files section. Its like dash (---).When i click on deep cleanup it shows a popup message with, "Unable to proceed"When i uninstall pc manager and try to reinstalling from ms store, download fails and shows retry. But retry also not working.Note:When i open my task manager pc manager still runs even when i end process from task manager.*I am not using any Antivirus. I always use ms inbuilt protection.*Other features works perfectly in pc manager. Btw, inside task manager,When
