After signing in to Windows 11, I noticed my desktop wallpaper was missing. I right-clicked Personalize and the Settings menu hung for a long time, then quit with the error: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page." and title: "ms-settingsersonalization"My PC isn't using even half its resources, but things are very slow, like I click Powershell and nothing happens for 2 minutes, and then 5 terminals pop up because I kept clicking it. CTRL-ALT-D
