Windows 10 Msconfig, I set my maximum memory on msconfig boot setting advanced. I set it to 256 and i restarted my pc, then my pc can't be open and keep crashing

Msconfig, I set my maximum memory on msconfig boot setting advanced. I set it to 256 and i restarted my pc, then my pc can't be open and keep crashing.Who do i fix it pls help me
