MSERT has found a virus on my computer that I can't get rid of, please help

I run my regular security programs, Malwarebytes and F-Secure and they do not find a virus, but Microsoft Safety Scanner finds one that it labels "Trojan: PDF /Phish" and tells me it has partially disabled it, and that it is dangerous. When I run it again (MSERT.EXE) it finds the same virus. It never goes away. I need help with this please, I am 73 years old and know very little about computers. MSERT does not give the location of the virus or tell me what more I can do about it. Thank you for any help on this
