My graphics card is rx580 memory this card is 8 GB
But after installing the 12 GB AMD Card Memory Driver will be shown in Windows

This is an error from Windows or amd
I've faced a memory deficit problem if it's not like that before.
When running the game with out of video memory trying allocate a texture make sure your video card has the minimal required memory try lovering the solution and or closing other applications that are running exiting
