Windows 10 .msi file installation error 2503 and 2502.

Dear Team,While we installed .msi file in client machine throw run as different user they send error like error code 2502 and 2503.Also we have administrator right for our id.Kindly provide resolution ASAP. because we facing this issue from last many month and we not get any resolution.
