Windows 10 MSI GS66 - Optimus not working properly after the latest Windows Update. Every Microsoft/System task utilizes the dGPU instead of the iGPU.

As the title says, every program or executive that Windows 10 utilizes uses the dedicated graphics card instead of the integrated one. Opening Task Manager or other system programs triggers the dGPU to turn on when using the Nvidia Optimus (Hybrid GPU mode). This did not happen on previous versions of Windows. Does anyone have any fix or encountered the same problem?

I tried reinstalling both graphic cards' drivers, reinstalling the MSI software, manually changing all the programs' gpu usage to the integrated graphics card but to no avail.
