Windows 10 MSI Logo stuck in screen

I have a MSI Cube Mini PC with Windows 10, Intel i7, 16 RG RAM and 500 GB hard drive. Every time I turn it on get stuck at the MSI logo in screen, no spinning symbol, no error message, only the black screen with the MSI logo and stays like that until I force it to turn off holding the power bottom. I downloaded from the official site the Windows ISO in a flash drive to reset the pc and do a new installation from scratch but after I enter the activation key and everything, there is a moment during installation that PC needs to reboot and there is when it get stuck at the MSI logo again.
