My new MSI laptop (MSI Summit E1613th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1360P) does not find any available earbuds even when they are in pairing mode. Both the earbuds in question connect no problem to other Windows 10 devices and Iphones, but are not even discoverable on the MSI laptop.I have tested turning on and off the bluetooth, looked for up to date drivers, but nothing works.Please advise what next steps should be taken.Thank you!
