Windows 10 MSKLC (Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator) with five digit Unicode characters

  1. I need to be able to type Rohingya Hanifi Script in Win10. Therefore I want to create my own MSKLC keyboard. The problem I'm facing is that Rohingya Hanifi Unicode space is five digits e.g. the letter (U+10d00) and (U+10d13) -- see Find all Unicode Characters from Hieroglyphs to Dingbats – Unicode Compart and Templat:Unicode chart Hanifi Rohingya - Wikipedia bahasa Indonesia, ensiklopedia bebas


  2. I already created the keyboard. In the test it works great. It also compiles and installs but then when I switch to it and try to type no characters are shown/actually typed.

    What's the solution to this issue? (Other typing methods like Keyman 13 seem to work but I'd rather prefer a native layout without additional software.)
